as most people know electrical issues are a nightmare. I had our 2011 Ford Ranger at a local Ford dealership for almost 3 weeks and they couldn’t resolve anything. I took it to New Hope and in 3 days they resolved all issues including reprogramming it’s computer. I had taken my wife’s van there a month or so earlier and Melck told us the minor issue did not need anything. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly owner, I will take any future issues to him in the future.
